A show dedicated to helping immigrants to learn about how to better integrate in Canada.
The immigrant view is a 30 – 45 minute podcast dedicated to empowering immigrants to soar in
Canada. The Immigrant was started as a longer segment of the CBC Radio Show ‘How to Canada’, a
show dedicated to helping immigrants to learn about how to better integrate in Canada.
The radio show was only 8 minutes long so Ayo looked for an opportunity to continue the
conversation beyond 8 minutes. He also felt the need to bring in experts to come inspire & educate
immigrants. In the words of Ayo ‘Many of us made a lot of mistakes when we first arrived. This
stretched out our integration process. We need to ensure the new set of immigrants don’t make
those mistakes we did. They need support and help with their integration.”
The Immigrant View was started in July 2022.
So far the show has hosted Executives, a Member of Parliament and many more passionate about
supporting immigrants.
Our Mission
Our mission is in four-fold:
- Help immigrants get settled and integrated quickly in their new country
- Help 10x immigrants income
- Teach how to invest their money
- Encourage to serve the community
Target Audience
- Segment A – New Immigrants (Recently arrived in Canada within 3 years).
- Segment B – Immigrants in Canada 3 – 7 years. Professionals in the field. Settling
down.
